Remove and re-install of FreePBX

Hi,
is there a simple way to remove and re-install FreePBX?
If you run the install script again it does not ask the initial questions.

etc/amportal.conf

and rerun the install
it should ask all the questions once more

Which config file would that be?
The one in the /usr/src/freepbx directory?
amportal.conf or asterisk.conf?

or /etc/amportal.conf?

Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
