Remote site direct dial extension issue

I am running FreePBX, we have a remote site that is running off of the same PBX box at main office location, we are conected together by mpls and the phones work to make calls and we can direct dial from main to extension number at remote site but if anyone from outside dials the did number of the extension they get routed to the main operator not to there extension. Any suggestions?

The first suggestion is to show us what your inbound routes look like. Some logs of a call to the DID would be helpful too.

How can I post call log file?

Log into the command line and bring up the asterisk console. Make a call and paste the logs.
