Remote ext will not register due to incorrect IP TFTP requests

Not sure if this is a Freepbx setting/issue or OVPN/Untangled

Issue: remote extenstions over an OPVN connection will not register.

I have a router to router OVPN connection.
Side A 10.1.1.0 is OVPN server and the location of the Freepbx phone system/tftp server.
Side B 10.1.100.0 is OVPN client with remote phone extensions.

Side B phones are pointed to Side A tftp server.
I can see the phones making requests from the TFTP server but the requests are coming from the private IP of Untangled box on side A 10.1.1.1
My assumption is that the requests should show up as coming from the Side B subnet 10.1.100.0.
Here is what I see from a Cisco 7940 with an IP of 10.1.100. 67

Softphones register with no issues from Side B
I can ping the phones on Side B from Side A and I can ping the tftp server on Side A from side B.
Phones on the inside or the network register with no issue.

I know many use http in the clear but I can’t open the phone server up to the web.

Ok discovered OpenVPN is NAT’ed. by default in 11.1 turned off.
I can see the correct IP address making request but nothing is being sent thus the pones are still not registering.
BTW I don’t think I have seen a request for a CTLSEP000D65E60BB0.tlv file before. I did wipe the phones but they still show up as SIP
