Remote Aastra 9133i displayed as connected, great. Later it displayed as UNKNOWN and I am unsure what to try to test the problem. Zoiper softphone connects fine.

What kind of firewall is between your server and the remote phone (i.e. the brand and model of firewall at the server location)? What is the timeframe between connection and “unknown”.
