Remote Call Parking from Another PBX

I am having an issue where a remote PBX cannot park in private parking lots. What do I need to do in my PBX to allow the remote system to utilize these private parking lots?

The remote PBX can park on the Default lot. I did try to add a virtual extension from the remote PBX, but that did not help.
