Relocation count reset


I need to move my FBX14 VM to another piece of physical hardware, as well as upgrade it to FreePBX 15. However, I did this one time before and it looks like my “relocation count” is exceeded. I also have commercial modules on this system that need to be moved over. Is there any way to move this to a new system? I tried contacting support but I need support credit to even open a ticket. Is there any way to move this without opening a support ticket?

If there are commercial modules for the deployment, can’t you open a ticket that way?

Open a support ticket of type billing and customer service. No credit req’d.
