You should probably set the hostname on your system. After that I’m sure things will work

Thank you!
hostname -v shows correct name. Or you mean something another?

Can anyone please tell me how FreePBX asks for the hostname?

The hostname is changed using the hostname
command as well as adding the HOSTNAME=hostNameGoesHere
to /etc/sysconfig/network

I think this is more of your problem. Your framework module should never be unsigned, because that means your entire machine is vulnerable.
It might be worth your while to just re-download the latest FreePBX tarball and install over the top of what you currently have.
(Saying that, I did find an issue with ‘hostname -f’ responding with an error, which I’ve just fixed in 13)

Please, can someone advice me true working install manual to have freebpx working?
I did with this http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FOP/Installing+FreePBX+12+on+CentOS+6.5 twice both on clean Centos and have always freepbx errors
I wish to erase everything and install again on clean CentOS Linux 6
