Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 1 after adding extension routing

I’ve come upon an issue when trying to update some extension routing. The user wants all extensions to ring over to a specific extension if they are not answered. So we made the configuration change and submitted it with no error but when we select “apply configuration changes” we get the following error.

I need to point out we did not deploy this system and we have no knowledge of how it operates or functions. so we’re essentially blind with how to do anything with it. We were just told by the client “we’re not buying your cicso solution we use this and you need to support it until we sell the store.”

So with that in mind any help would greatly help. The version of the software is FreePBXFreePBX 2.9.0.7 and our webadmin version is 1.831.

The mysql table is marked a crashed. Search online how to fix crashed mysql tables.

Also this appears to be elastix system which is a fork of FreePBX. The project vanished a year or so ago. They did lots of changes to FreePBX so your milage will vary on things.
