I have 2 freepbx servers with several agents/extensions on it, they work together via a SIP trunk. is there is any way to register the extensions from server1 into server2 and vice-versa? or whats the best way to get a fully distributed Freepbx cluster?

Why not run a cloud based FreePBX install so everyone is just on 1 server? much much easier to set up and manage
Basically it’s nor possible to do a “fully distributed Freepbx cluster” because Asterisk is a B2BUA, You could use a real clustered SIP proxy in front of your PBI to do that “distribution” though.
