Regarding Ticket #1519
Can someone walk me through how I would edit the privacy macro to hangup on a caller that is blocking or anonymous?
I have privacy manager turned on and I have blacklist option “Block Unknown/Blocked Caller ID” enabled, yet we are still getting harassed by a customer who is blocking his/her caller ID and wasting our time with senseless questions (the adult phone business has a lot of these jokers, we call them “Wankers”).
I would simply like to edit the macro to hangup on anonymous callers for a while and then, once the person has given up, re-enable anonymous callers.
