Redirect not grabbing config, have to point phone manually to PBX's WAN IP

Redirect not grabbing config or even incrementing in the portal, I’m having to point phone manually to PBX’s WAN IP. I’ve used redirect before and it worked great. Is there an issue right now? shows is up and I can ping it from my LAN. I verified the S500 has the correct URL.

Well I just re provisioned today and the redirect server is working now, so not sure what that was about.
