Recordings on Extensions

Asterisk: 1.4.21.2
FreePBX: 2.3.1.7

We had one particular extension that was receiving the error message: To many files in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/auto-1216750894-6260-8475060700.wav Not all files processed

We were able to find a fix for the issue that basically allows the system to have more files by changing a variable. In any case, the error message went away for that extension. All other extensions are recording correctly except for this one. In the CLI I can see the recording starting and ended. However, the recording never shows up in the GUI and doesn’t seem to be in the monitor directory. It only happens on this extension though. Any ideas?

It seems that within /var/spool/asterisk/monitor the recordings are there. However, under the GUI the “play” is no longer there.
