Recording playback in CDR on FreePBX 2.11.0.23

Hello to the forum,

I have been running FreePBX 2.11.0.23 (PIAF) for several years with no problem, except playback of the recordings/monitors in the CDR. In the past, the requirement was to install QuickTime. This is no longer an option due to plugin issues in different browsers.
So I am wondering what are my options? I have been searching for fixes, but the information I found is old or out of date. Maybe a commercial module?

Glad it’s being fixed, but at the moment, I don’t want to rebuild the system from scratch just to get the call recording playback working. Any other options?

Why would you have to rebuild from scratch?
