Is there anyway to record calls on inbound or outbound trunks only? I don’t want to record internal calls, but would like to have calls from customers recorded.
Yes, there is. Using the magic of extensions_override_freepbx.conf I devised a way to record calls leaving an IVR or going out the trunk. If anyone needs help doing the same, leave a message.
