Recording Always on / 1way audio

Firstly Hello,

Im new to this FreePBX so please bear with me.

We have Put a SIP trucking from 1 FreePBX to another which works fine :).
If i set the recording Options to On Demand/Never we get perfect calls, but as soon as i put Always on, there is 1 way audio on the Extension side not on the External source.

Has anyone had this issue who can help as i don’t have much more hair i can pull out.

FreePBX version used
Asterisk version used
Distro or hand built system.

FreePBX version used - 2.9.0.7
Asterisk version used - 1.8.5.0
Distro or hand built system. - it was a Distro build.

Look at the file ‘full’ in /var/log/asterisk and compare the two calls made and see if you can spot anything different between those calls.
