I am having an issue when I call my system I get dead silence and then the goodbye recording comes on and then disconnects. The debug log is telling me it can’t find the file of the recording I created that was put in the custom directory. I literally had to put the full path to the file in the extensions_additional.conf file. How do I change where FreePBX looks for the file? Asterisk.conf says the varlib is pointing to /var/lib/asterisk but it looks like the extensions_additional.conf file is looking for the file in the custom directory and since there is not custom dir in /var/lib/asterisk it dosen’t find it. What should I do. This is an Ubuntu 11.10 server running the latest asterisk and freepbx.
