I am trying to record all outgoing calls made from internal extensions
I have managed to record all incoming calls, but for some reason the outgoing call are not recorded.
I am trying to accomplish this with “Applications>Call Recording”
I added a rule to record on answer and as Destination I have selected “Trunks” and selected my SIP provider (we are only using SIP)
In “CDR Reports” I can see the call being made, but not recorded
I can go with the option of selecting in each Extension the recording options, which will work, but it will also record the ringing time, even calls that were not answered and I cannot “Record on Answer”
Any tips for recording outgoing calls globally with the option to Record on Answer"?
