Record not working anymore

we record calls by hitting the feature *1 or key on the phone. It shows its recording, but after the call in the UCP there is no call recording. Worked perfect up until 2 weeks ago from an update. Any idea how to trouble shoot this?

Do you see the recorded calls in CDR?

Check the logs and see what is actually happening in the PBX when you try to do this. That should give you the clue you need to spot the oddness…

Test both *1 and the phone button separately and post logs:

no they are not in the CDR
