Record Conference (MeetMe) recording file does not exists

Dear All,

I am running asterisk 1.8.9 + FreePBX 2.10
I have turned ON Record Conference Feature, but I didnot find the recorded file
I checked on both /var/log/asterisk/meetme or /var/log/asterisk/monitor are empty…
could any body please help?

We are having a similar problem. We are running FreePBX 2.10 and Asterisk 1.8.7.1.
Our Conference calls are stored in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/yyy/mm/dd.
Conference calls are only recorded if an internal extension joins the call first?
For example, if two employees with internal extensions start a conference call, the call is recorded.

If an employee with an Internal extension starts a call with an external party and then transfers the external party into the conference room first, and then themselves, the call is not recorded.

If an employee with an Internal extension starts a call with an external party and then transfers themselves into the conference room first,and the external phone number sencond, the call is recorded.
