Record all calls

hi
i have problem i need to recored all call
i have freepbx 2.5.2.6
and i do the step
1- in general setting
Asterisk Dial command options:TwWtr
Asterisk Outbound Dial command options: TwWt

  • Call Recording
    Extension Recording Override: Disabled
    call recording format:wav
    recording location : /var/spool/asterisk/monitor

but when i go to monitor and listen or download
he say file not found

You are using a VERY old version of FreePBX, may we ask why?

Have you enabled call recordings in and out in each extension and queue that you want also?

Call recording was not very good prior to 2.10 when it was re-written. I suggest you get upgraded.
