Recommendation for a nice phone with a very good speakerphone

I would like to get a phone that will work with asterisk freepbx and has good quality speaker phone for me. I mostly use the speaker phone. The one that I have now RCA ViSYS 25204 is not all good.
Please suggest.

Second the Polycom, The Digiums are also pretty good.

I think the the Polycoms are very good speaker phones.

They are the only phones I use… Other than being a pain to do any custom configurations, they are awesome!
