I have had two pbxs recently, both running FreePBX 15.0.37.5 that have had major issues after an update auto installed and were waiting to be applied. When going into voicemail, the system states “I’m sorry an error has occurred”. It resolved when I clicked apply config. There was also poor call quality reported, which also resolved after applying the config. I’m not sure which updates were waiting to be applied that caused this issue.
-Does anyone have any on why this would have caused these issues?
-How can I find out what the modules that were waiting to be applied were?
-Is there a way to ensure post automatic module updates apply the config after the update?
Here is the call trace with the issue:
