Received Update Notice After Update Was Already Done

Two odd issues here on one of my boxes:

  1. I Received update notice after update was already done. I actually did this update at approximately 5:00 PM EST 12/10 and the box had actually been rebooted but I received the notice at 2:37 AM 12/11

UPDATE NOTICE: There is 1 module available for online
upgrade

framework 12.0.18 (current: 12.0.17)

  1. The notice came from root root [email protected] when I have this changed do a different address
