Re-Ring Previously Busy Extension

We have an inbound route that is sent to a ring group. If one of the extensions in that ring group was already on a phone call when the next call comes in, is there a way to re-ring that busy extension if that user quickly terminates the existing call while the next call is still ringing the group?

As of now, the user will hang up the phone from the previous call, but cannot answer the new call unless they run down the hall to the next phone.

The easiest way to do this is to ensure the extension has call waiting enabled and the ring group does not have skip busy enabled.
