Re-generate .conf files

Hi there,

I have just upgraded our production server to Asterisk 1.4.9 and have also upgraded freePBX to the 2.3 beta2.
My issue is that the sip.conf and extension.conf files where not automatically generated by the amportal installation. Instead I have copied over 2.2.3 files which obviously create problems.
What did I do wrong and how can I possibly fix this?

Don’t know if this helps but on my default (trixbox installation):

/etc/asterisk/sip.conf normally links to /var/www/html/admin/modules/core/etc/sip.conf
/etc/asterisk/iax.conf to /var/www/html/admin/modules/core/etc/iax.conf
/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf to /var/www/html/admin/modules/core/etc/extensions.conf
