I have a system in the cloud, worked great for a year. All of a sudden last week I’m getting no audio on calls. I ran a packet capture from the cloud and audio is getting to the cloud from the caller but not from the customer’s site. Then all of a sudden audio is there and then it stops. I’m assuming firewall or ISP but can’t be sure. Asterisk 13.32 with SNG7. First pic below is with audio, second is no audio
In case it helps anyone else, this turned out to be a firewall issue. Someone updated the firmware on a Sonicwall NSA2600 which is sitting in front of the remote phones. In the process the content filtering starting blocking the RTP. Hope this helps anyone else.
I just hope you don’t use real IPs here.
