Random calls on "Call Event Logging"

Hello everyone, I have entire pages in the “Call Event Logging” like these:

I really can’t understand what they are, my extension passwords are secure, and I’m starting to get worried. Furthermore, all the calls are being made from extensions that don’t exist. What could it be?
