v14.0.7.25 Qxact Reports displays no data for 2021. Calls are present in the CDR and data from 2020 and previous years are still showing. Any ideas?

There are a bunch of moving parts between Asterisk generating the queue event to the record being written to SQL for report generation. Recommend a support ticket:
