Good afternoon, folks.
Question - we had a customer attempt to pull queue metrics beyond 90 days (before 1/5/16), and those reports are blank. No service work was done on 1/5, and since that happens to line up with today’s 4/5 date, the logical thought was that data is purged after 3 months.
Is that the case, and if so, can it be modified to store the data longer (I’m assuming it could be)?
