Qxact DID Disappears


Hi ,
I have a strange issue.
As you can see in the attached pics
When the page of the report finish loading ,
the DID field data disappear.
When exporting to CSV the didi field data are there.
Is this a bug or should i change an option somewhere ?


No one ??
Any hint to solve this issue please

Since this is a commercial module, you can contact support to help troubleshoot this.

You kind of have to - there’s nothing from the user community that we can do unless one of us has seen the problem before.
