how can I disable direct dial in a queue (2.9 version)?

Not exactly sure what you mean. Please explain what you are trying to accomplish.

when a caller enters the queue and is waiting for an agent, he can call any extension.
I do not want this behaviour or I’d want to decide when use it.
IVR module has a switch to disable this option (Direct Dial Options).
