Queues - Unable to log out

PBX Versionn: 12.7.3-1706-1.sng7
Module Version: 14.0.2.3

When an agent tries to log out *453108 the system always says "agent logged in"
when I try to remove the agent via CLI

queue remove member [email protected] from 3108 - I get
Unable to remove interface ‘[email protected]’ from queue ‘3108’: Not there
Command ‘queue remove member [email protected] from 3108’ failed.

I have tried various versions from SIP/2014 - Local/3014…etc…

Can anyone help?

roger (Local/[email protected]/n from hint:[email protected]) (ringinuse enabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet
