Queues ringing dynamic agent when logged out

We have two queues four users will log in and out of through iSymphony. There are times where an agent is logged out of all queues but the queue will still send a call to that extension.

Any suggestions on how I could get to the bottom of this?

Configuration:
PBX Firmware: 4.211.64-4
iSymphony v2.8.2 rev 4975
Aastra 6735i with XML (they do not make changes to queues in the XML)

For to mention, when I do asterisk -rx “queue show 650” return it shows only one agent logged in, but it will send the calls to a user not logged in.
