Queues ring no agents & FreePBX "Apply Settings" presistant

I posted this on the PIAF forums two days ago but have had little help. So sorry for the re-post.

The biggest concern is that queues will not ring any agents, period. This has been working, however, it does not now. Additionally and probably related, the “Apply Settings” button in FreePBX will not go away. When you apply settings all seems normal, but if you refresh the page, or navigate to another section of FreePBX, the “Apply Settings” button comes back.
I believe the problem began when I issued a pawwd-ari. Attempting to change the password, I didn’t realize that the script would actually issue a amportal restart. Because were on a live system, I Ctrl-C when the script attempted to do a graceful restart of asterisk, thus not completing.

Updated Issues Found:
BLF/Hints also not working, see post 3 for update.
AstAssistant no longer connects.

1)Hardware Description.
Intel P4, 2048MB RAM, 3 80GB hdd in raid 5.

2)Research:
I looked through PIAF, FreePBX, Trixbox and Elastix forums for someone with similar issues. Though no one has reported such claims from my findings. I also tried generic searches in Google.
