Queues: Ring inmediately when rolling call to other extension

Hi! I have an important problem with the queues.:cold_sweat:

I have configured a queue with many extensions, The ring strategy is rrmemory. When an agent doesn’t answer a call (Agent Timeout = 8 sec) the call goes to next extension, but there is about 3 seconds silence between extensions, so no phone is ringing in this time. I can’t find the option to configure this time. I’m interested on ringing inmediately when a call jumps to another extension.

Any help please? I don’t find any value on the queue configuraton.

Retry values is set to 0.

Is it correct? This is the time to wait before retrying all extensions again, isn’t it? Or is it the time between rolling to other extension?
