Queues Problem (SOLVED)

Help please. I have queues setup with multiple agents available the queue is set to ring random. If I receive 3 simultanus calls until the first agent picks up the phone the other calls stay in the queue even with available agents.

How can I set this so that each call goes directly to available agents instead of having caller 2 and caller 3 wait until agent 1 has picked up call?
