Queues: Multiple periodic announcements

I understand we can setup an IVR with an announcement but is there a way to setup multiple announcements during the Queue? This seems like such a standard thing to have in any call center queue. Forum does not seem to have a clear answer on this.

I don’t believe there’s a built-in way to do multiple announcements - you’d have to write some custom scripting. The ACD call flow is not laid out exactly the way you’d see in typical/traditional ACD systems.
