Queues login and Linksys spa962 phone

Hi, we have a problem:

to login into a queue we need to dial xxx (number of queue) plus *

now … linksys spa962 if i hit * after a number says: invalid number

what to do? I’d like to change something inside the phone, but i don’t know what and where, so, is it possible to change in freepbx?

I’m using the linksys 901 phones, login to the web-interface as admin. Somewhere you’ll find an option to change the dial plan, mine looks like:
(xxx*|xxx**|*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

it’s the xxx*|xxx** bit that’s relevant…
