We are observing a reoccurring phenomenon.
- Max Queue time threshold is met in queue.
- The caller fails over to another queue to be answered.
- Lots (10’s) of not in use agents, and other agents taking calls before and after these failover calls.
- Instead of being answered, the failover call just stays in the new queue before it ages out eventually.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any ideas?
