Queues and voicemail

Hello,

New to freepbx…

We have a queue setup for our customer service department. Most of the agent logins do not have voice mail enabled on their extension.

The team manager does have it enabled. If he logs into the queue, every call holding goes straight to his voice mail.

Apparently this used to work, we think an employee changed something before they left the company trying to solve another issue…

Any idea how an extension can log into a queue with VM enabled and not have all of the calls go to their VM?
