I’ve been using FreePBX and QueueMetrics for the last couple of years.
I have migrated my system to a new server (clean install), but I am not able to find the QueueMetrics IVR module anymore.
I have been looking online and have contacted QueueMetrics support, but they were not able to help me.
It looks like the module was disabled on the PBX with the latest version.
Is there a way to enable it back? Is there a procedure to side load the module in any way?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
