I’ve created an IVR with a few sub IVRs, these then fall on to queues. I’ve created a queue for each leaf node of the queues effectively.
If that queue is too busy of nobody’s available, I was going to have a general queue with everyone in it as a fall back. Trouble is, I’ll then have lost what route this call came through the IVR won’t I? So I won’t see on my screen on the phone what they called about?
