Hey all,
This might be more of a Asterisk question, but is sure related to the way FreePBX calls Queue Agents.
FreePBX 14, Asterisk 16.17.0
Primary Queue: 8002
Ring time: 1m 20s.
Ring Strategy: rrmemory
Skip Busy: Yes.
Failover Queue: 80021
Ring time: 1m 40s
Ring Strategy: rrmemory
Skip Busy: Yes.
We had a call where there were no available agents to answer, which we were asked to look into, so we looked at the queue log.

Two questions:
- Why are there close to 500 records of RINGNOANSWER with 0ms? If it did not ring, it should not be marked as NOANSWER… No?
- Why do some records have a RINGNOANSWER of 1000ms (which is 1s)? Their phone did NOT ring for one second.
Thank you
