Queue Usage - Do I need Queue Callback Module

I’m thinking of getting the Queue Callback Module, but wondering if there are any reports that can show me whether I need it.
Are there any built-in CDR reports that can give me an indication of how long people wait on hold, or whether they are abandoning the queue?

There is no such thing as the ‘Queue Callback’ module. Queue callback is feature provided by the VQPlus module. There are no reporting feature in VQ Plus.

And what is that. Because you list nothing in the GUI called VQPlus anymore, unless you expect us to expand each item.

But at least the portal still has it in the name.
