Hello Everyone,
Installed FreePBX 15. All modules are up to date. After updating, the Queue, Ring Group, Set Caller ID and Queue Priority disappeared under the GUI.
Appreciate any help :).
Check Module Admin if it’s disabled

It’s also built from scratch, not an upgrade from a lower version to version 15.
After the modules update was done, these stuff disappeared under the GUI.
Are you sure? Are you perhaps running the system in edge mode?

Did all that mate, even forced the re-download and reinstall, same issues. Rebooted the box as well, no luck.
One more thing that comes to mind. Is it a cache issue?

I have replicated this on a v15 box I’m just using to track things like this. I did a full update and I do not have Ring Group or Queues

Same issue also Blaze? It must be a bug then, seems I’m not alone on this.
PitzKey. Can you elaborate more mate? If caching issue, do I need to clear the cache? How to do that if ever?

I can’t reproduce this. Are either of you able to browse to the ringgroups page manually with the URL ending with:
/admin/config.php?display=ringgroups
Does the search feature locate the ringgroups page?

Here is the output for Queues/RingGroup mate.
"We are unable to find any information on the module you are looking for. "
That’s for both, /admin/config.php?display=ringgroups and /admin/config.php?display=queues
Same story for other missing modules as well :).

Did the trick for me. In the menu, can hit the page and boom:
Looks like the fix is to reinstall the module then. You probably don’t need the --force option, but it won’t hurt. Need someone smart like @wmoon, @kgupta1 or @mbrooks, perhaps they can figure out what’s at play here.

Command works, same for queues, but same results mate. I can search for ring groups and it pops, but hitting it shows " We are unable to find any information on the module you are looking for . "
You might have something else going on. I was able to do the downloadinstall command on ringgroups and queues and they are working like normal again for me.
You could trying just doing a downloadinstall on all of the modules.
