We have 200+ queues that are all configured the same with a ringall strategy. It seems that they occasionally have issues and do not ring to all extensions in the penalty group it should. I have noticed some errors in the asterisk verbose viewing that seem to show a ring methodology of “none” in queues that are ring all.

I have verified through the UI that the queue is setup for ringall. I am not sure where to start looking for a resolution so any assistance is appreciated.
A customer called us today that sometimes not all Phones ring with Queue Ringall.

Latest yum update and latest modules from edge mode already installed.

2 Panasonic KX-TGP600 on one Base Station.
I did not analyze it but i can confirm what @jhayes writes on the description of our customer.
I also did a testcall from another yealink T48S from a test extension and called the queue. The customer said only 1 Phone was ringing (The Yealink from the queue)
The only thing what can be possible is that the Dect phones can take some more seconds to start ringing, so i dont know yet if that is true or not. So i dont create a ticket.
