We use queues to call ring groups as statig agents - calling mobile devices.
Does anyone know if there is a setting so if ring group is busy / mobile caller is busy, queue will try again.
But otherwise no retry.
I do not think it can be done. if the call enters queue, it will wait for answer. you should add more queue members to pick up the call.
