I need a Queue Reports module that shows stats and reports for the past period (the last few months).
(I tried Asternic Call Center Stats Lite 1.5, but it shows reports only after the installation date).
What can you recommend?
Not sure if you the FreePBX commercial Queue module from FreePBX would have the same issue, maybe someone else can answer that.
Assuming the underlying data is there (We don’t know how long your system keeps records), you might be able to filter off of the CDR/Call Logging reports. Depending on when your queue cycles, there may be some data in the Asterisk Info report, under “Queues”.
