Queue Reports select queue and select agents empty


a new installation of PBX Firmware:12.7.6-1904-1.sng7 from the FreePBX ISO

Bought the everything module

Queue Reports14.0.7.16 shows licenced

/var/log/asterisk/queue_log has some data in it

created templates

when i navigate to QXact Reports the select queue and select agents are empty.

any help appreciated.

please open a support ticket - thats a commercial module and there’s a commercial modules department to open it under at support.sangoma.com

that file you referenced is used to generate the data for the reports but the actual data used for the reports undergoes a transformation to a database file and that DB is where the reports data is polled from
