Queue reports - lost data

Our queue reports quit gathering data after a recent upgrade. I was advised to apply an edge upgrade which I did to address a different issue. This fixed the original issue but broke the ability to pull data. Two days ago I applied another upgrade to queue reports and I can now gather data once again for queue reports but have lost data for the period July 12 through Aug 8th. How do I get this data back? I opened a commercial ticket on July 17th and have received no response on how to move forward. Now that I can create reports with data once again I’m looking to find/pull the missing data if possible.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
